Care for anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety and panic symptoms.
Depression
Individualized psychiatric care for mild to moderate depressive disorders.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Assessment and medication management, with coordination with an ERP-trained therapist when appropriate.
Trauma-Related Conditions
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management for appropriate outpatient trauma-related concerns.
Care is individualized. Not every condition or level of severity can be safely treated in a virtual outpatient setting. Supportive therapy is incorporated into psychiatric visits, and Intuitive Eating counseling may be included when appropriate. KH Psychiatry does not provide stand-alone psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, medical stabilization, or higher levels of care. Patients younger than 14 are not accepted.
